SAINT NULL – RETURNS POLICY (v1.1)

 

1. RETURNS POLICY OVERVIEW

 

Saint Null operates under a strict No Returns Policy except where required by Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory local consumer protection laws. Our products are delivered instantly as digital intellectual property and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.

 


2. NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

 

Due to the nature of our products – instant digital delivery of proprietary self-audit systems – returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

 


3. FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED

 

If you believe your product is:

  • Faulty,

  • Not as described, or

  • Unfit for its stated purpose under Australian Consumer Law,

 

contact us at contact.saintnull@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase (email confirmation)

  • A clear explanation of the issue

 

We will assess your request promptly. If your claim is valid, we will provide a replacement or other remedy as required by law.

 


4. DIGITAL DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

 

All products are delivered instantly via:

  • Checkout confirmation page download, and

  • Email delivery to the address provided at checkout.

 

You are responsible for saving your files immediately upon receipt. Loss or failure to save files does not entitle you to a refund or replacement.

 


5. EU/UK DIGITAL GOODS WITHDRAWAL WAIVER

 

By purchasing, EU/UK customers expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge they waive their statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive once download or access begins.

 


6. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

If a refund is approved due to a verified fault or legal requirement, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to read product descriptions or instructions

  • Incompatibility with personal expectations
