Reverse Prompting with AI

Reverse Prompting is the third stage in the Saint Null Echo Prompting System.

In this third stage, users ask their AI tool to prompt them, instead of prompting it.

This can occur in one of two ways.

Fixed Reverse Prompts

Fixed Reverse Prompts are guided, pre-decided questions that allow the user to zero in on a specific topic that they need to discuss over the course of their conversation.

Generative Reverse Prompting

Generative Reverse Prompting is where the AI is given liberty to decide which questions it will ask the user, depending on the context of the conversation.

This is particularly powerful, as Large Language Models excel in generative text creation, and can often discern the thread of underlying themes that are present within the user’s speech. Because of this strength, it can “read the user like a book”, and nudge them in directions they might not have expected.
